The Virtual Event Platform is a web console where the visitors will view and interact with the event. This console is divided into 2 views:
Pre-Event Console
Pre-Event Console - keeping users engaged from the moment their register.
The Pre-Event Console will be immediately accessible after the user registers on the Event Promotional Website. After registration the visitor account will be created and the user will be automatically logged to the website, where he will be invited to validate his registration within the next 48 hours. This interface enables the user to:
- Access more information about the event such as program updates, new speakers, exhibitors, conferences, news and other relevant information.
- Connect, follow-up and setup meetings with people and companies as they join the event.
- Update user business and networking preferences.
- Configure the alert settings for the event.
- Access F.A.Q. or contact the support team.
The PreEvent Console’s main goal is to engage the visitor before the event start, making sure he is well informed and does not forget about the event. When the event starts, this website will automatically switch to the Live Event Console.
Live Event Console

The Live Event Console will replace the Pre-event Console automatically when the event starts. This console will showcase all the event information as it is uploaded to the platform, namely, conferences (video sessions), live streaming feeds (*), video meetings (zoom), program updates, documents and other media.
The Live Event Console will also enable users to visit the 3D Virtual expo which can be travelled within the browser in a canvas or in full screen mode.
